For those of you who were looking for a good yeast for Em's bread recipe, here it is. It comes tightly packed in this colorful bag. You'll find it sitting on the shelf in your local supermarket.
I keep it in the fridge in a sealed tupperware bowl after opening. It's a large quantity, so those of you who don't bake often might want to consider the small packets instead.
