Be sure to shut of the music down at the bottom and then pull up a chair for this beautiful piece. Emy sent it to me and I fell in love with it immediately!
I love Jon Schmidt. I got to see him in person at Fremont last year and he is truly an inspirational individual. I love music, and I love the cello, and now it looks like I love Viva La Vida (Coldplay) ---what a spectacular arrangement.
Music is an amazing moving force for me and this piece really grabbed me. Thanks Emy - kudos to your inspirational findings! Can't wait to buy it! Love IT!

Enter and Win
So I was drinking my Postum this morning (last bottle Em gave me - I love you Em) and I decided to blog stroll.I love sitting at my computer when it's the butt crack of dawn, the house is quiet, lounging away in my moose jamies, my red 6 dollar Old Navy shirt clinging to my braless body, my worn out Isonoters warming my feet; I love being in my zone! It's my own little world here!
I made my way over to Kate's blog and my heart jumped twice! It's a contest and I could actually win these cute blocks. All I had to do was leave a cleaning tip - me the cleaning queen's daughter - leave a tip. I should win for just being born to Pearl Blanch, the "White Wondrous Tornado," Woman who can clean anything!
I left the best tip ever ---- can you guess which one? Ya baby it's how to get grease out of your clothing! Why do men always have to work on the dirtiest job in their finest attire? Those of you who know this trick are gleaming inside now aren't you? It's a satisfying moment when you can conquer grease in any form!
So today's the deadline. Hope you lose and I win!
Click here for the link to Kate's sisters blog where you can win the blocks!

New Easter Candy
Blasted! I focused on Kelson and I should have focused on the Nerds. I'm sorry their blurry, but doesn't Goose look nice. And yes, I know it's another food post, but I couldn't let this news go undetected. Nerds came out with a new Easter candy, Nerd Easter eggs. Trust me - just go buy three or four bags because when your children taste these they are going to be gone in a heartbeat. I found mine at Macey's in Logan. I know Walmart has them too. There ya go - one hot tip for all you candy nerds that haven't discovered this one yet!

Rip Off Verses Good Deal
The other day I waited, ever so patiently behind six cars at Wendy's in the drive through. I was famished and couldn't wait to order a hamburger. I knew Wendy's was fast so I decided for fun I'd time them. It only took me six minutes before I drove off with my food. I was impressed. Wow, fast food doesn't get any faster.
Did I mention I eat at Wendy's quite frequently? Well I do and today I was not impressed. Two Chicken Clubs + one med. fry = $11.57
Let me say it again, "I am not impressed."
I came home murmuring under my breath the entire way. In the first place, I'm sick of everyone hiking the price of food up claiming the increase in gas forced them to charge more. If that is true then why doesn't the price of food drop when the price of gas drops? Have you seen the size of cereal boxes lately? They're thinner now and shorter but they cost eighty cents more. Soon I'll be paying 9.95 for three Cheerios in a two inch box! I'm peeved!" Can you tell? I was so upset I even called up Kaedell and started complaining to her. "The dollar menu, mother!!!" she bolted at me. Kaedell is cheep and a coupon cutting fiend. From now on I'm taking her advice! I don't even love Chicken club sandwiches and for the grand price of eleven bucks I thought they should have at least thrown in another fry and two drinks.
Now let me introduce you to the find of a life time - VITO'S!
Kaedell and I have been taking a photography class in Bountiful from Kelly Anne Sansom who owns and operates "Gallery Photography."
Our last class we decided to ask Kelly if she knew of a good place to eat. Heck, Kelly knows everything there is to know about photography, so she's got to know a good place to eat, right?

She did! I just love Kelly, she is the funnest person ever. She directed us back behind her shop to a little stand called, "Vito's." Can I say once again, "What a find!" That's Vito in the window and he's from Italy. He told us his last name, which I can't even begin to spell or pronounce (La, something, something, something,) so I'll just tell you he's from Italy and leave it at that.
Kadie and I ordered the stake and cheese philly. I'm so mad I didn't take a picture of it, because if I had taken a picture, practicing my newly acquired photography skills, then you could actually see all that steak and cheese oozing from the sandwich. I know for certain a picture would have sent you immediately to your car so you could drive there and buy one. Don't worry when I tell you the price, you're going to get in your car and drive there anyway. This sandwich was twice the size of my Chicken Club and tasted a bazillion times better (it was divine.) Besides a cold drink from the cooler, it also came with any bag of chips you wanted and all for just five bucks. Besides having great food at a cheap price, Vito works on the honor system; you pay Vito by putting your cash in a cup and if you need change you make your own. He closes his stand at 2:00 pm. Kaedell and I arrived at 1:30 and he only had enough meat left to make three more subs. This guy sells out of everything so go early! I think he opens at noon. He's located in the parking lot there behind Kelly's studio. He puts out a few chairs and tables and I'm here to tell you it's quite the setting, I had fun just sitting there. He brings an entirely different ambiance to eating. Well, it was a fun way to have lunch, but now I have to figure out how to get Vito to move next door to Wendy's. I know, maybe I could get him to just set up his stand in their parking lot! Well, I can dream can't I? I'll close by saying, "Happy St. Patrichs Day!" Now go to Vito's and have lunch!
