I have been waiting a year to post this recipe. My friend Val, who is really more like my daughter than my friend brought me over some jars of jam last year. Above are her two little girls getting ready to dig into some of that delicious jam. Check out the recipe and story on "All Birds Baking!"

What else can be said, Val would bring this nectar over to the house and I would find my kids,or it might have been Faye,hiding it in the fridge in obscure places in hopes no one could discover it....Yes as usual Dad was getting shafted....but it did lead me to the habit of fridge examination every night where I have discovered other tasty morsels hidden.Youd think they would catch on to my discoveries huh!!!Well in any case Val thanks my taste budsalso thankyou......
