a little faith

all i long for is a
little faith
i don't need much
just enough
to carry me
through my days
to leave me
in your arms
on the steps
of heaven

but sometimes
sometimes i dream
of what it would
be like to not only
bring my soul
to heaven
but to bring
heaven to
my soul
to let a little
piece of it
live within me
in the place
where i dream
where i live
where i'm me
