Perfect Pumpkin Pie

The Perfect Pumpkin Pie
After trying several pumpkin pie recipes, I have finally found the perfect pumpkin pie. It's actually two recipes merged together, the best of both all in one pie. It's simple and delicious. Thank you Nelda and Jean for two really great recipes. Together, they really do make the perfect pumpkin pie! Try this, you'll love it!

1 29 oz can of Libby's Pumpkin (you can use another brand, but remember your pie is only as good as the ingredients that go into it)
1 14 oz can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Generous 1/2 cup of sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 generous tsp. of each Ginger, Nutmeg, and Allspice
1 heaping tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Mix: Sugar, Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice, Cinnamon, and salt in small bowl. Whip eggs in large bowl. Stir pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture into egg mixture in large bowl, then gradually stir in SC milk. Do not use an electric hand mixer. Just stir ingredients together.
Pour into two 9 inch pie shells. Remember not to fill them too full.

Bake 15 minutes on 425 and then lower oven temperature to 350 and bake 40 min more (Insert knife and the pie is done when it comes out clean.) Cool then cut. Make sure you get a piece before it's all gone!

This recipe makes two 9 inch pies.
